The Mijnwerkerspad takes its name from the little train that used to take workers from the Zwalm region to the mines in Hainaut. On this walk you will pass different forest types. In the spring you can enjoy the wood anemone, wild garlic, cranberries, Solomon’s seal, musk herb, green hellebore and bluebells. Discover the diversity of nature in all areas of the Zwalm Valley.
