Ijzerkotmolen is first mentioned in 1412.  With a lot of craftsmanship and at the rhythm of people, this water mill has been grinding again since 2021 and grains from local agro-ecological agriculture are processed. The flour is used to bake bread and delicious oven cakes in our own bakery. The oven cakes and other dishes are served with ingredients from the short chain. At times you can enjoy the oven cakes together with a delicious beer on the terrace at the Zwalm. The mill can be visited upon simple request.
